INPEFA Log Transform

ENRES workflow in stratigraphic well analysis and well correlations is unique in its approach. It consists of a data-driven analysis of well data, followed by a model-driven interpretation where state-of-the-art stratigraphic conceptual models can be used.

Data-driven analysis of facies-sensitive wireline log data in CycloLog®is a mathematical calculation using spectral analysis. The results are two types of log transforms – the PEFA and the INPEFA curves which are unique to CycloLog®. The INPEFA log transform is commonly used in well zonation and well correlations. INPEFA defines REAL SURFACES and TRENDS.
